What Happens in a Phone Coaching Session?


A phone session is a calm, supportive space just for you — where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what you’re feeling with guidance and care.


There’s no pressure to perform, be “prepared,” or have it all figured out.  Here’s what you can expect:


1. A Gentle Check-In 
We start by grounding, settling your nervous system, and connecting to what you need that day — clarity, calm, support, or space to process.


2. Supportive Conversation 
You talk, I listen, and we explore what’s coming up for you — emotions, stress, boundaries, self-confidence, or anything else you’re facing.  You’re always in control of the pace.


3. Tools & Techniques 
I guide you through simple, practical tools you can use in daily life to:

* regulate emotions
* reduce stress & anxiety
* set boundaries
* build inner confidence
* respond instead of react

These are techniques you can return to anytime — not just during our call.


4. Practice + Self-reflection 
We pause to integrate, breathe, and reflect so the session feels settling, not overwhelming.


5. Your Takeaway & Gentle Action Step(s) 
At the end of each session, we pause and reflect together. You share what stood out for you — your insight, shift, or moment of clarity.
Then we choose simple, supportive action(s) you can explore between sessions.
Nothing pressured — just a gentle step to help you apply what you learned in real life.


When we meet again, we check in with curiosity, not judgment:


What did you notice?

What worked for you?

What felt helpful?

This creates steady, sustainable growth — at your pace.
